Update config.example.toml - #1428

Thanks for the contribution. I am closing this PR because config.example.toml must keep a placeholder deployment ID.

This change replaces the placeholder with a specific live deployment ID. Merging it would direct every user of the example configuration through somebody else's deployment, creating privacy, reliability, quota, and abuse risks.

A future documentation PR is welcome, but example files must use placeholders such as YOUR_APPS_SCRIPT_DEPLOYMENT_ID and must not contain real deployment IDs, authentication keys, or other user-specific values.
